Description of Service
Manyana is an online platform that lets you create and manage questionnaires and forms, collect responses, and run your own research or feedback programmes. We provide the tools; you own your data and are responsible for how you use it and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection and privacy).
User Accounts
Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You must not share your account credentials with others.
Organisations and Plans
You may create or join organisations. Access and permissions depend on your role within each organisation.
Subscription plans (including free and paid tiers) are described on our pricing pages. Paid plans are billed via Stripe; you agree to their terms for payment processing.
We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless you cancel.
Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the questionnaires, form content, and response data you create or collect through Manyana.
You grant us the limited rights we need to operate the service (e.g. to store, display, and process your data on your behalf).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any personal data you gather through your forms, and for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
Acceptable Use
You may not use Manyana to:
Collect or process personal data in a way that violates applicable law or others’ rights.
Harass, abuse, or harm others, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
Circumvent security, abuse the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or others’ systems or data.
Resell or sublicense the service in a way that conflicts with these terms unless we agree in writing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
Manyana’s name, logos, software, and platform design are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform or branding without permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for how you use the service or for the content or legality of data you collect. You use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you have not paid, to zero).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time. On termination, you may lose access to your data; we recommend exporting it beforehand where the product allows.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Manyana after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
